Where is BEES Restaurant?
BEES is in the Rheingau wine region: Am Rottland 6, 65385 Rüdesheim am Rhein. You'll find us in the quiet courtyard of the former Asbach distillery, part of the RheinWeinWelt. Public parking is available nearby.

How do I book a table?

What kind of food does BEES serve?
Modern, seasonal cooking with regional roots, shaped by our years in England, Ireland, South Africa and New Zealand. The menu changes every month. On Sundays we serve brunch.
How much does dinner cost?
Our monthly menu comes in three sizes: Bee €65, Honeycomb €98, Hive €154. Every menu can be paired with wine or a non-alcoholic pairing.
Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans and allergies?
Vegetarian options are always available, vegan on request. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when you book.
Is there a dress code?
No. The tables are elegantly laid, but there is no dress code and no hushed atmosphere. Come as you are.
Is there a Sunday brunch?
Yes, every Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm: brunch à la carte or our BEES Choice menu.
Can we hold a company or private event at BEES?
Yes. The restaurant seats up to 50 guests, and you can book it exclusively for company celebrations, business dinners, family occasions or parties with friends. For larger events we combine BEES with the RheinWeinWelt next door. We also offer outside catering, cooking classes and a chef's table.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at BEES.
What about the wine?
Our extensive wine list focuses on the Rheingau and the Rhine, joined by favourites from South Africa and France. Naomi Burgardt looks after the wine.
Who runs BEES?
BEES is run by René Bildesheim and Naomi Burgardt. Both cook; Naomi is also managing director. BEES opened in November 2021 at the RheinWeinWelt in Rüdesheim.
